Description
Join one of the world’s largest home care agencies in serving seniors and supporting families. As a Full-Time Service Coordinator you will be responsible for half time scheduling clients and half time time engaging professional CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.
To be effective and successful as a Service Coordinator you must, but not limited to:
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with team and clients to work towards a common goal
- Demonstrate high customer service and a "can do" attitude with competing priorities
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire, understand, and absorb new information
- Demonstrate consistent logic, rationality, objectivity and common sense in decision making while anticipating the consequences of decisions
